    • 본발명의목적은전체메트릭스캡쳐(Full Matrix Capture, FMC) 기법으로한번수집된초음파검사신호및 초음파검사이미지를이용하여초음파검사에사용할최적의집속법칙(focal law)을평가하여선정하는위상배열초음파검사용집속법칙선정방법을제공하는것이다. 본발명의일 실시예의위상배열초음파검사용집속법칙선정방법은, 초음파검사신호를 FMC(Full Matrix Capture) 데이터로수집하는제1단계, 적용하고자하는집속법칙을계산하여적용하는제2단계, 계산된집속법칙을적용하여구현되는초음파검사신호와초음파검사이미지로부터위상배열초음파검사신호와상기초음파검사이미지를각각합성하는제3단계, 1차로합성한위상배열초음파검사신호및 초음파검사이미지로부터결과를평가하여 1차로합성된상기초음파검사신호및 상기초음파검사이미지와초음파검사의적합성여부를판단하는제4단계, 및상기제4단계의결과가적합한경우, 상기제1단계에서수집된 FMC 테이터에상기제2단계에서계산된집속법칙을적용하여상기제3단계에서구현된위상배열초음파검사신호와상기초음파검사이미지를 2차로각각합성한후, 상기제3단계에서적용된집속법칙의적합성을최종적으로결정하는제5단계를포함한다.

    • PURPOSE: A device for performing continuous indentation tests with zigzag movements on a cable jacket is provided to facilitate the movement of the device by automatically controlling the pressing force of a clamp. CONSTITUTION: A device for performing continuous indentation tests with zigzag movements on a cable jacket comprises first, second, third, fourth, and fifth motors(101,103,105,107,109), an inclination sensor(111), a pressure sensor(113), a clamp(115), and a controller(119). The first motor presses an indentation element into a cable jacket(117). The second motor is connected to a first wheel and rotates the first wheel. The third motor is connected to a second wheel and rotates the second wheel. The fourth motor is connected to one end of the clamp, and the fifth motor is connected to the other end. The inclination sensor measures the inclination of the device. The pressure sensor measures pressure applied to the cable jacket. The controller controls the motors.
