摘要： The present invention discloses a ray beam guiding apparatus, comprising a ray beam guiding box having substantially fan-shaped top and bottom surfaces, defining an inner space, and having open wide and narrow ends; an engaging member joined to the narrow end of the box; a first collimator mounted to the box adjacent to the narrow end and adapted to adjust size/shape of the ray beam in horizontal vertical direction; a second collimator having a calibration slit or grill and mounted to the box adjacent to the wide end; and an adjusting member connecting the engaging member and a ray generator to adjust a distance therebetween. The box can adjust size/shape and centering of the ray beam, so that inspection quality can be improved and thickness of the ray shielding layer can be reduced, the box is applicable to a ray inspection system which performs security inspection of liquid articles.

摘要： A radiation inspection system includes a shielding door device for a radiation inspection system, comprising a door body, two guides located on two opposite sides of the door body, a rack, a gear and a motor. The two guides are fixed on an upper surface of a frame and the door body is movably connected to the two guides via bearings. The rack is fixed on a bottom of the door body and meshed with the gear. The gear is coupled with a shaft of the motor fixed on a lower surface of the frame. This configuration is advantageous in automatic and complete shielding of the radiation inspection system without interference. In addition the shielding door can be controlled intelligently, so that accidental radiation leakage can be prevented.

摘要： Disclosed is a detector device, comprising: an adjustable positioning base and a detector module. The adjustable positioning base includes: a horizontal plate being able to fixedly connect onto an annular rotation table or disk; and a vertical plate extending from the horizontal plate and generally perpendicular to the horizontal plate. A horizontal through long groove is provided at one side of the vertical plate, and the detector module is able to fixedly installed in said horizontal through long groove of the adjustable positioning base. By employing the technical solution defined in the present invention, the detector device has a compact structure, and precision adjustment and positioning for the detector device can be achieved. In addition, the present invention also provides a CT inspection system having the above detector device.

A CT scan security check device may include a radiation source and a detector forming a radiation detection area, a conveyer mechanism conveying an article along a path, and a multidimensional movement mechanism causing a relative displacement between the article and the radiation detection area in a vertical direction and causing the article to rotate about a vertical axis. A CT scan security check method may include: 1) displacing the article relative to the radiation detection area in the vertical direction; 2) rotating the article; 3) during the checked article passing through the radiation detection area, obtaining data regarding a radiation ray that passes through the article; and 4) transmitting the data for a CT arithmetic reconstruction.

摘要： A radiation inspection system is disclosed. The radiation inspection system comprises: an inspection passage through which a moving object under inspection can pass, a radiation source disposed on a side of the inspection passage for emitting radiation, an array of detectors disposed on the other side of the inspection passage opposite to the radiation source for receiving the radiation emitted from the radiation source, a detector for detecting the moving object, and a controller for receiving a signal from the detector and controlling the radiation source to emit radiation when the detector detects the moving object for radiation imaging and inspection of the moving object. According to the radiation inspection system, the controller can control the radiation source to automatically emit radiation beam based on the detection signal from the detector for inspecting the moving object. As a result, inspection efficiency is improved, safety is increased, and misoperation of the radiation source is eliminated.

摘要： An apparatus for quick imaging and inspecting a moving target, including a passage for the moving target passing therethrough, a scanning and imaging device irradiating a radiation beam to the moving target passing through the passage to form an image thereof for inspection, a first determination unit for determining whether the moving target has entered the passage and for counting the moving target entering the passage, a second determination unit for determining the moving speed of the moving target in the passage; and a control unit for controlling the second determination unit to determine the moving speed of the moving target based on the detection signal from the first determination unit indicating the moving target having entered the passage, and for controlling the scanning and imaging device to irradiate a radiation beam for the inspection of the moving target with a frequency corresponding to the moving speed of the moving target based on the determination result of the second determination unit.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for identifying a moving object, comprising: a driving-in step of moving a moving object into a passage, a velocity measuring step of measuring a moving velocity of the moving object, a light beam emitting step of emitting light beams from one side of the passage, a light beam receiving step of receiving the light beams not shielded by the moving object at other side of the passage, a profile determining step of determining a profile of at least one portion of the moving object based on the received light beams and the measured moving velocity of the moving object, and an identifying step of determining type of the moving object by comprising the profile of the at least one portion of the moving object with information of moving objects stored previously. The method and the system according to the present invention can adopt corresponding scanning controlling manners for different vehicles, so that inspection information of inspected vehicles is complete, inspection images are of high quality, and radiation dose received by drivers are minimal.

摘要： A radiation inspection system is disclosed.
