摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a method for forming a cubic decorative pattern at an uncured molding in which the surfaces of uncured plastic accessory molding having a curved surface are equivalently pressurized to pressure transfer a deeply cubic decorative pattern and a pressure molding machine therefor. CONSTITUTION: A cubic pattern having a deep uneven pattern can be formed on an uncured molding having a curved surface such as a building corner accessory by pushing the surfaces of a flexible die 8 held in an upper form to the surfaces of the molding 3 having the curved surface substantially from the perpendicular direction via a plurality of upper forms (the upper forms of a pressure molding machine) 1a, 1b equal to the number of the surfaces of the molding 3 and transferring the cubic pattern of the die to the molding. This can be applied to an L-shaped accessory having no chamfered part.

CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant freon gas of high temperature and high pressure, compressed by a compressor 1, is condensed and liquified by releasing its heat by heating water in a water heater 2. Then the refrigerant liquid, reduced to the liquid of low temperature and low pressure by a flow control valve 5, is directly fed into a solar collector 4, being evaporated and gasified by absorbing solar heat, and is sucked into the compressor 1 passing through a gas intake pipe 10. In accordance with the value of solar radiation sensed by a solar radiation sensor 9 or the variability with time of the value of solar radiation, a gas flow rate controller 8 outputs a command to a flow rate controlling valve 3, so that the degree of heating of refrigerant gas obtained by a heating quantity detector 7, consisting of a pressure detector 5 and a thermometer 6, provided to the gas intake pipe 10, is to be a constant value. With such an arrangement, the titled heat pump can be operated stably and efficiently.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously obtain a large-size thin plate board having a high moisture absorbing and releasing property, flame-retardant property, mechanical processing property, light weight property, dimensional stability and nailing property by curing a mixture of fibers, a moisture controlling material and a cement to form aggregates of the fibers, specifying the pore size of the board and specifying the minor axial length of the aggregates as specified times as the fiber length. SOLUTION: This board consists of a cured mixture of 3 to 10wt.% fibers such as pulp, 10 to 80wt.% moisture controlling material such as zeolite, and 10 to 80wt.% cement, and has 50 to 500μm pore size and 4 to 20mm thickness. The board is produced under conditions of 20 to 60m/min sheet making rate and 1 to 5kgf/cm making roll pressure. The source mixture is supplied to first to third vats 29, 30, 31 in a cylinder machine 1, and each lower part of first to third wire cylinders 18, 19, 20 is dipped in the source mixture. An endless felt belt 27 is rotated to produce a sheet. The source mixture is laminated and injected into a sheet state through between the making roll 11 and a bottom roll 12.
