    • Abstract: Images taken in rainy condition often contain a large number of raindrops, which will affect the image quality. Therefore, images taken in rainy days affect the improvement of application effects in other fields to some extent, such as object detection, image classification, image super-resolution, image segmentation, etc. Hence, we built a algorithm based on deep learning network with three steps to remove raindrops in the images and restore it to a high-quality image. Firstly, We built a generic diamond residual blocks to improve the ability to extract image features of convolution neural network, which can provide rich image context information for subsequent deraining steps. Secondly, Due to the mixability of raindrop shape, size and direction, a recurrent deraining structure is proposed for the network. Through the idea of derain step by step, the mixed raindrop is gradually removed and the image is recovered. Finally, In the process of remove raindrops often accompanied by some loss of image details. Based on this negative effect, a hybrid details complementary mechanism is constructed, which pass the residual information of shallow characteristics subtracted from deeper features of diamond residual block to the next iteration, and combined with the memory of the Gated Recurrent Unit to supplement details again, then details loss is well suppressed.

    • Abstract: The light field image (LFI) information includes the intensity of the collected object, and the direction of the light is recorded. Light field image as 4-D scene representation include 2-D spatial domain and 2-D angular domain. In this patent, we propose an encryption scheme for color light field images based on DNA sequence and chaotic system. Firstly, we employ an angular domain plane to represent the multi-view image of the LFI and then obtain a sub-view image in spatial domain. Given the sub-view image and the random matrix, a block processing method is applied to divide multiple sub-blocks. After the block processing, the DNA sequence and the chaotic system are used to encrypt the sub-view image. Moreover, considering the relationship between the two planes, we apply the Arnold transform for all the sub-view images to realize the final encryption.     • There is provided a method for a switching unit (MSC_I) in a network in which a user equipment (UE) is being adapted to be attached and connected to a 2G/3G network for performing circuit switched, CS, communication with the network, or being adapted to be attached to a LTE network, for performing packet switched, PS, communication, wherein the PS communication is adapted to be performed via a mobility management entity, MME, which may be arranged in a pool of MME's, the user equipment (UE) being adapted to receiving page signals (18) so as to inform the user of incoming calls, the switching unit (MSC_I) being adapted for issuing page signals (16-1; 16-2; 16-3) to MME nodes, - receiving (13) an incoming external CS call; - performing detection (20) of a first selected MME, as to whether the first selected MME is ready or not; - if detecting a not ready state (22) concerning the selected MME (MME_I1), selecting (24) an alternative MME and issuing a page message (16; 16-1) to the alternative MME (MME_I2) (16-1) belonging to the same pool of MME's as the first MME.
