    • Se divulga un dispositivo de conducción y un enchufe. Se proporciona el dispositivo de conduccion y el enchufe con capacidad de conexión eléctrica estable. El enchufe comprende un cuerpo de enchufe, el dispositivo de conducción dispuesto en una ranura de acomodación del cuerpo de enchufe, y una tapa final dispuesta en el cuerpo de enchufe. El dispositivo de conduccion comprende una placa de resorte movible, una placa de resorte fijo y un miembro de resorte de reinicio. La placa de resorte movible se conecta de manera giratoria con la placa de resorte fijo. El miembro de resorte de reinicio se localiza en el costado exterior de la placa de resorte movible y contacta con la placa de resorte movible. Una ranura de inserción se forma entre la placa de resorte movible y la placa de resorte fijo. El ancho de la ranura de inserción disminuye desde la pare interna hasta la parte externa. La tapa final bloquea el miembro de resorte de reinicio y es adaptivo con el cuerpo del enchufe. La presente invencion puede ser ampliamente utilizada en el campo de conexiones eléctricas.

    • A conducting device and a socket are disclosed. The conducting device and the socket with stable electrical-connection ability are provided. Said socket includes a socket body (5), the conducting device arranged in an accommodating slot (7) of said socket body (5), and an ending cap (6) arranged on said socket body (5). Said conducting device includes a movable spring plate (1), a stationary spring plate (2) and a reset spring member (3). Said movable spring plate (1) is rotatablely connected with said stationary spring plate (2). The reset spring member (3) is located in the outer side of said movable spring plate (1) and contacts with said movable spring plate (1). An inserting slot (4) is formed between said movable spring plate (1) and said stationary spring plate (2). The width of said inserting slot (4) is gradually decreased from inner part to outer part. Said ending cap (6) blocks said reset spring member (3) and is adaptive with said socket body (5). The present invention can be widely used in the field of electrical connection.

    • Carbon nanotube material having an outer diameter less than 10 nm and a number of walls less than ten are disclosed. Also disclosed are an electron field emission device including a substrate, an optionally layer of adhesion-promoting layer, and a layer of electron field emission material. The electron field emission material includes a carbon nanotube having a number of concentric graphene shells per tube of from two to ten, an outer diameter from 2 to 8 nm, and a nanotube length greater than 0.1 microns. One method to fabricate carbon nanotubes includes the steps of (a) producing a catalyst containing Fe and Mo supported on MgO powder, (b) using a mixture of hydrogen and carbon containing gas as precursors, and (c) heating the catalyst to a temperature above 950 °C to produce a carbon nanotube. Another method of fabricating an electron field emission cathode includes the steps of (a) synthesizing electron field emission materials containing carbon nanotubes with a number of concentric graphene shells per tube from two to ten, an outer diameter of from 2 to 8 nm, and a length greater than 0.1 microns; (b) dispersing the electron field emission material in a suitable solvent; (c) depositing the electron field emission materials onto a substrate; and (d) annealing the substrate.
