    • A sheet of glass (rear glass) is provided with a radiation conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate soldered on the radiation conductor so as to be fixed on the sheet of glass; a frame body which houses a circuit substrate and is screwed on the base plate; and a cover for covering the frame body. The base plate has a narrow section that connects a soldering section and other sections of the base plate. The soldering section is provided with a protrusion that abuts on the radiation conductor such that a solder-accumulation space is formed around the protrusion. Furthermore, the base plate is provided with a plurality of height-adjustment portions disposed at different positions and distant from the soldering section. Each height-adjustment portion has substantially the same dimension as the protrusion.

    • A glass plate is formed with a radiating conductor. An electronic circuit unit includes a base plate soldered to the radiating conductor to be fixed to the glass plate, a frame fixed to the base plate with screws for accommodating the circuit board, and a cover crowned on the frame. The base plate is provided with a holding piece which protrudes the inside of the frame, and a hooking piece which protrudes out of frame. The cover is provided with a holding groove. A feeder line connected to the radiating conductor is inserted between the holding piece and the glass plate. The feeder line drawn out of the frame is hooked on the hooking piece, and led to the circuit board by the holding groove.

The circuit substrate has a component-holding surface and a radio-wave reflective surface at opposite surfaces of the circuit substrate, the radio-wave reflective surface facing the radiation conductor. A section of the frame body proximate the sheet of glass is provided with an engagement portion that fits in an opening of the base plate; and stoppers placed on sections of the base plate that are adjacent to the opening. An amount of insertion of the engagement portion with respect to the opening is set within a thickness of the base plate.

    • An electrode mixture paste application method includes: a first step of unwinding a core material (2) wound in a coil shape; a second step of applying an electrode mixture paste (5) to both sides of the core material; a third step of adjusting an application amount of the electrode mixture paste; a fourth step of drying a paste-coated sheet with the electrode mixture paste applied to the both sides thereof; and a fifth step of winding the paste-coated sheet (6) in a coil shape, wherein, in the fifth step, the paste-coated sheet is wound such that each of widthwise edge portions of a mixture-formed portion (9) is prevented from sequentially overlapping itself. This can achieve a stable method for applying an electrode mixture paste in which the deformation of an electrode caused by a dog-bone shape generated at both edge portions of a mixture-formed portion can be avoided.
