In a manually-tightend state shown in the figure, the notch 6 of the male screw member 4 and the notch 7 of the female screw member 5 oppose each other. Then, after final tightening by a tool is performed, the notch 6 of the male screw member 4 and the notch 7 of the female screw member 5 are changed in positional relationship, and it can be confirmed that the final tightening has been performed.
