摘要： A glue applicator for the installation of laminate flooring on subfloors has three laterally spaced nozzles for applying separate beads of glue onto the back of a plank of laminate flooring. Two nozzles are spaced for applying separate beads of glue along the lateral edges of a plank, the third nozzle is spaced for applying beads of glue through the center of the plank. Flanges on the sides of the glue applicator position the beads of glue on the back of a plank of laminate flooring and standoff flanges hold the nozzles above the back of the plank a sufficient distance for assuring that the glue applicator of this invention does not smear the beads.

摘要： A mechanism for forming thin metallic skin enclosures from blanks. The apparatus includes a forming assembly including a plurality of die stations. The stations are stepped farther away from an axis in a direction of which blanks being processed are positioned at a plurality of die stations. Grippers spaced along the axis and away from the axis at distances substantially the same as are die stations are carried by the transfer assembly. An actuator is used to move the transfer assembly reciprocally in directions generally parallel to the axis between first and second axial positions. A ram is provided to move the transfer assembly between first and second stepped positions relative to the axis.

摘要： A rotary torsion cutting apparatus is provided for cutting an article. The cutting apparatus includes a first plate member having a front face, a back face and a side face. The first plate member further includes a central axis and a first opening extending from the front face to the back face of the first plate member. The cutting apparatus also includes a second plate member having a front face, a back face and a side face. The second opening is shaped and dimensioned for receiving an article to be cut by the rotary torsion cutting apparatus. In addition, the second plate member is rotationally supported upon the first plate member for rotation relative thereto about a complete revolution. The first opening and the second opening are of substantially the same shape and are aligned for simultaneous positioning of an article within both the first opening and the second opening. Relative movement between the first plate member and the second plate member causes a torsion cutting of an article positioned within the first opening and the second opening.

The method further includes detecting when the current sensed pressure drops below the trip pressure to detect a break in the transfer line, via use of a pressure sensor in or in fluid communication with the transfer line. A method of automatically shutting off transfer of fluid product between a first vessel and a second vessel includes a step for shutting off the transfer of fluid product between the first vessel and the second vessel.
