    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of the joint section of steel plates stacked on each other.
      SOLUTION: A first steel plate 12 is a steel plate with a thickness t1. A first recess 16 is formed in a first joint surface 14. The first recess 16 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a depth t1a. A through-hole 18 is formed in the first steel plate 12. A second steel plate 22 is a steel plate with a thickness t2. A second recess 26 is formed in a second joint surface 24 in the position matching the first recess 16. The second recess 26 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a depth t2a. A through-hole 28 is formed in the second joint surface 24 of the second steel plate 22. When the first joint surface 14 and the second joint surface 24 are stacked on each other, a space is formed by the first recess 16 and the second recess 26, and a first support pressure joint member 20 is buried in the space. The first support pressure joint member 20 is formed cylindrically using steel members, and has a height dimension equal to or higher than the depth of the first recess 16 or the depth of the second depth 26 whichever is larger, and a length equal to or smaller than the dimension obtained by totaling these height dimensions.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a frictional force between an end of a steel material and a splice plate.SOLUTION: Since a sprayed metal layer 200 is made of aluminum with low hardness, a protrusion 20P on a joint surface of a steel beam 20 penetrates deeply. Furthermore, alumina particles 210 higher in strength than aluminum are mixed into the sprayed metal layer 200. This increases shear strength of the sprayed metal layer 200. Thus, since a frictional force between an end 20T of the steel beam 20 and a splice plate 100 is increased, bonding strength is consequently increased.
