摘要： The invention relates to a disk valve (1) with leak prevention, having a valve housing (2) which is divided along a parting surface (5) and which has a first valve housing part (2a) with a first passage opening (2a*) and a second valve housing part (2b) with a second passage opening (2b*), having a disk-shaped closing member (3) for closing and opening the passage openings (2a*, 2b*), which closing member (3) is rotatable about a rotational axis (L) which runs in the valve housing (2), and having the further features of the preamble of claim 1. It is an object of the present invention to provide a disk valve with leak prevention of the generic type which ensures simple leakage discharge out of the annular groove in the closing member and a simple facility for flushing said annular groove, and which is of simpler design than the known solutions. This is achieved in that each of the connecting paths between the journal longitudinal bore (3d.4, 3d.5) and the associated duct (11a, 12a) is formed entirely in the associated valve housing part (2a, 2b), in each case proceeding from the outer side of the interposed switching seal (9; 9*) as viewed in the radial direction.

The device is of simple construction, reliable, varied in application, easy to maintain and can be used to easily set and hold a desired angle of rotation. The aim of the invention is achieved, whereby said device comprises two guide grooves (2f) arranged diametrically opposed to each other and each surrounded by a piston skirt (2b). The tracks of each of the said guide grooves (2f) are exactly or essentially point symmetrical and each comprises a middle section with a steeper angle (angle β) than in both end sections (angle α) (α> β). Furthermore, the stroke of the piston (2) is defined at one end by an element on the front facing end of the piston skirt (2b), either acting directly or not on the cover element (4) and at the other end by an element on the piston floor (2a) connecting to the piston skirt (2b), either acting directly or not on a stop (9; 20; 20.1). Said stop (9; 20; 20.1) is arranged on the floor (1b) of the housing (1).

They provide a reliable, hygienic and durable static seal for the connecting flange of a closing member unit in the housing of the globe valve, are resistant to the forces present and have a long enough service life. To this end, the connecting flange (40) of the closing member unit (4) has a fixing part (4f) in the area of its connection to the bellows (4b). Said fixing part absorbs the forces resulting from the deformation of the bellows (4b) caused by the globe valve and/or from the pressure in the housing (1a), essentially without producing bending moments, and is indirectly supported on the housing side. In the area of its conical sealing surface (4h), the connecting flange is reduced to a minimum wall thickness in terms of the resistance requirements, with a membrane-shaped sealing element (41). The membrane-shaped sealing element (41) has at least one pre-stressed elastic pressure ring (5) on the side which is turned away from the conical sealing surface (4h). This pressure ring (5) presses the sealing surface (4h) onto the complementary ring bearing surface (1k).
