    • PURPOSE:To suppress the total consumption within a contract demand by ranking a plurality of power-consuming devices according to importance and by controlling the total consumption so that it does not exceed an allowable electric energy. CONSTITUTION:When there are e.g. three power-consuming devices A (shield machine 11), B (muddy water transport apparatus 12), and C (muddy water treatment apparatus 13) at a site of construction and the importance of the device A is the highest and that of the device C is the lowest, the total of consumption is compared with a preset allowable electric energy; and when the total consumption is going to exceed the allowable electric energy, the electric power of the device C of the lowest importance is limited or the consumption of the power is stopped first. Thus, when the total consumption exceeds the allowable electric energy, the consumption of power is successively limited or stopped from the power-consuming device ranking low in the importance upward so that the total consumption is controlled to below the allowable electric energy.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of discoloration of concrete in a position near a form surface of an end form, corresponding to an intermediate position between concrete placing holes adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the ring of the end form.
      SOLUTION: In this concrete placing method for the tunnel construction, the concrete is placed in a lining section forming space 100 which is enclosed with a form surface 34 of an inner form 30A, the form surface 7a of the end form 7 and an inner peripheral surface of a tunnel cavity section, via the concrete placing hole 9 which is provided in the end form 7. A concrete flow control body (rod body 51) is provided in a position, facing the concrete placing hole 9, of the lining section forming space 100. Thus, the concrete placed in the lining section forming space 100 via the concrete placing hole 9 flows in a direction along the inner peripheral surface of the tunnel cavity section by the concrete flow control body.
