Each overwriting means generates an additional position command signal for each operation terminal, performs overwriting processing to corresponding integration operation means and newly defines an operation terminal position command signal. The automatic balance means calculates a deviation among the defined operation position command signals, corrects the operation amount command signal on the basis of the calculation result and gives the corrected operation amount command signal to each integration calculation means.
