摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent air leakage caused by crack of a brick and to improve the quality of a casting product by covering the whole outer circumferential face of dowel part 2 and one side face of a plate body connecting with this with iron shell as air-tight. CONSTITUTION:On the one side face of plate body 1 with the dowel part 2 protruded and the whole circumferential face of dowel part 2, the iron shell 4 is fitted as inserting mortar 5. By this method, even if the crack is developed a little in the dowel part 2 with cooling after using, the air leakage is not developed and trouble of V shaped erosion and dowel leakage caused by the crack of inner face of the molten metal discharging hole 3 are prevented, and many times of the use can be attained.
