摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of a separation-reducing agent used in obtaining a compaction-free concrete. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing concrete by kneading cement, aggregate, water reducing agent and water, cement having low separability obtained by mixing a cement clinker with a separation-reducing agent and crushing the mixture is used as the cement. Thereby, the separation-reducing agent can more effectively be dispersed into the cement and sufficient separation reducing effect can be obtained in a small amount of the separation reducing agent used. Since an amount of the separation reducing agent used is reduced, catching of air in kneading is reduced and a defoaming agent is made unnecessary. The producing method is free from problems of lowering of strength due to air entrainment. Since the producing method need not the addition of many kinds of admixtures and additives, blending and concrete kneading operation are reduced and the production is made inexpensive. Poor execution, oscillation in forming, noise pollution and shortage of man power are solved by making compaction unnecessary.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease an amount of a separation-reducing agent used in obtaining a compaction-free concrete. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a concrete by kneading cement with blast furnace slag powder, an aggregate and a water-reducing admixture and water, blast slag powder having low separability obtained by mixing a blast furnace slag with a separation-reducing agent and crushing the mixture is used as the blast furnace slag powder. The separation-reducing agent is previously mixed with the blast furnace slag and the mixture is crushed and added to the concrete. Thereby, the separation-reducing agent can effectively be dispersed into concrete as blast furnace slag powder having low separability and sufficient separation-reducing effect can be obtained by using a small amount of the separation-reducing agent. Since the separating and reducing agent is used in a small amount, catching of air in kneading is reduced, a defoaming agent is made unnecessary and production is made inexpensive.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simply obtain a tile having a usual size and a split tile by one mold by providing a partition to the central part of the molding surface of one of upper and lower molds in a freely detachable manner to divide a molding part into two parts to mold the split tile. CONSTITUTION:The upper mold 12 of a press molding machine 10 is constituted of a frame-shaped retaining mold 16 and the press mold 18 fitted in the mold 16 in a freely slidable manner and the rod 20 provided to the upper surface of the press mold 18 is pressed by a hydraulic cylinder to press a molding raw material between the press mold 18 and a lower mold 14 to mold a tile. The trapezoidal part 22a of a partition 22 is inserted and fitted in the trapezoidal groove 18a provided to the under surface of the press mold 18 to mount the partition 22 along the trapezoidal groove 18a in a freely detachable manner. Therefore, when the molding material is pressed in such a state that the partition 22 is mounted, a split tile is molded and, when the partition 22 is detached, a usual tile is molded. Therefore, the split tile can be molded only by attaching the partition 22 in a usual tile producing apparatus and the cutting work of the split tile becomes unnecessary and the efficiency of the roofing work of a roof is enhanced.

To this mixture, the rest of mixing water containing the water reducing agent is added and mixed and kneaded. Further, (d) the cement based powder, the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate, water, the water reducing agent and the thickener are mixed and kneaded at once.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enlarge and lighten a cement tile, by compressing it to mold as a unit after cement is placed in a molding and a fiber net is laid down thereon. In this case, filament like polypropylene or the like may be mixed for the cement composing the tile. In this way, it burdens the fiber net 7 with tension to increase the tensile strength and hence, the tile can be enlarged and lightened.
