    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire connection terminal of a sheath heater, which reduces heat strain caused by heat stress generated between a sheath and an end portion of a lead wire when heating and cooling are repeated and prevents a premature breaking and disconnection of a connection part, which prevents heat generated in a heating wire from transmitting to the lead wire, supplying heat efficiently and preventing the lead wire from becoming hot.SOLUTION: When an end portion of a heating wire 10 of a sheath heater 3 is connected to a lead wire 12, the end portion of the heating wire 10 of the sheath heater 3 is connected to the lead wire 12 by a connecting conductor 13 having a spring property. The connecting conductors 13, 13', having the spring property, are respectively formed by a belt-like conductor for reducing the strain caused by heat stress generated between an aluminum sheath 9 and the end portion of the lead wire 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-manufacture hot plate smooth in transferring heat from a heater to a heating plate and relatively easy in the exchange of the heater.
      SOLUTION: A hot plate is constructed by forming a groove 2 on the surface of a metal heating plate and disposing a stripe-shaped heater 3 in the groove 2. A metal material 6 is filled in the groove 2 receiving the heater 3 so as to fill a gap between the groove 2 and the heater 3. The heater 3 is received in the groove 3 formed on the surface of the metallic heating plate 1 and transformable metallic material 6a and 6b are put in the groove 2. The metallic material 6a and 6b are transformed by pressure in the groove 2 to fill the gap between the wall of the groove 2 and heater 3.
