    • A computer-implemented packet detection method includes a source at a first address transmitting packets to a terminal at a second address without transmitting the packets to any intermediate address during the transmission, the terminal receiving the packets, the terminal reassembling the received packets; the terminal performing a process referring to the reassembled packets, and the terminal transmitting packets to a destination at a third address which is different from the first address without transmitting the adjusted packets to any intermediate address during the transmission. Without extra operations and packet traffic, the computer-implemented packet detection method can be applied to virus detection, malicious content detection, or some statistics.

    • A propelling system disposed in a chamber of a capsule is provided. The propelling system includes a mass and a damping module. The mass is configured for vibrating in the chamber along a plurality of directions. The damping module is coupled between the mass and the capsule for absorbing the kinetic energy of the mass, the damping module provides the smallest damping effect along a first direction. The disclosure further provides a capsule, which includes a shell having a chamber and at least one aforementioned propelling system disposed in the chamber. Accordingly, the capsule can be autonomously propelled by the propelling force autonomously produced by the propelling system.

    • A video processing device includes a processor, a voltage conversion circuit, and a Syndicat des Constructeurs d'Appareils Radiorécepteurs et Téléviseurs (SCART) chip. The processor is operable to process video signals, and control a GPIO (general purpose input output) pin to output different mode controlling signals according to different video signal formats. The SCART chip connected to the voltage conversion circuit is operable to receive the video signals and the voltage signals, and process the video signals according to the corresponding voltage signals.

    • An apparatus for applying dye material on an electrode to form a dye-sensitized solar cell includes a rotary unit and an electrode holding unit disposed around the rotary unit. The rotary unit is rotatable about a rotary axis and includes a dye tank for receiving liquid dye therein and a dye breaking unit disposed around the dye tank. The dye tank permits flow of the liquid dye therein to the dye breaking unit. The dye breaking unit breaks the liquid dye flowing from the dye tank into liquid droplets that move in the dye breaking unit due to centrifugal force. The rotary unit permits the liquid droplets to exit therefrom. The liquid droplets exiting the rotary unit are propelled toward an electrode on the electrode holding unit during rotation of the rotary unit.
