There is provided an anode for a lithium-ion rechargeable battery including a primary particle of a negative-electrode active material, a conductive material, and a binder, the negative-electrode active material including at least one of silicon and tin, and at least one element selected from elements that do not chemically react with lithium, in which holes are present both in an inner core region in the central region of the primary particle of the negative-electrode active material and in a periphery region that covers the inner core region.

摘要： A heat pipe is installed in a generating chamber of a module being comprised of a solid oxide fuel cell or a bundle of a plurality of solid oxide fuel cells connected in parallel or series. Preferably, the heat pipe is installed across the generating chamber and a combustion chamber for burning residual fuel unused as electrochemical reaction. By installing the heat pipe as described above, the heat transfer between both the chambers are executed smoothly, and thereby it is possible to make heat uniform in the module, in starting state, normal generating state, high power output state or abnormal state of the module.

The tube type fuel cell contains a tube type electrolyte placed between an anode and a cathode, wherein an auxiliary electrode is provided over the entire region of a cell reaction region on at least one of the anode and cathode. The current path is shortened and resistance is decreased, because the anode auxiliary electrode or cathode auxiliary electrode is provided over the entire peripheral surface of the anode or cathode, and the current path in the auxiliary electrode has a greatly increased cross-sectional area.

摘要： An adhesive, a flocked weather strip, and a process for producing the weather strip. The adhesive is a moisture-curing reactive hot-melt adhesive for weather strip flocking, which comprises as the main component a urethane prepolymer containing isocyanate groups, the adhesive having a dielectric constant at 25° C. of 3 to 10 and a melting point of 40° C. to 150° C. The flocked weather strip comprises a substrate and piles flocked thereon through the moisture-curing reactive hot-melt adhesive. The process for producing the flocked weather strip comprises thermally melting the moisture-curing reactive hot-melt adhesive, applying the melt to a substrate in a thickness of 40 to 150 &mgr;m, electrostatically flocking piles in the resulting layer of the molten adhesive, cooling the adhesive to solidify the same and fix the flocks to the substrate, and then cutting the substrate into a given size. The adhesive is suitable for use in the flocking of a weather strip substrate and enables piles flocked in a melt of the adhesive to tenaciously bond to the weather strip substrate in a short period of time. The weather strip has excellent sliding resistance and is especially suitable for use in motor vehicles.
