    • A semiconductor apparatus may include a plurality of through-semiconductor chip lines which pass through a plurality of stacked semiconductor chips. An uppermost semiconductor chip among the plurality of stacked semiconductor chips is configured to transfer its internal information signal to an assigned corresponding through-semiconductor chip line, and at least one semiconductor chip other than the uppermost semiconductor chip is configured to logically combine respective internal information signals transferred through through-semiconductor chip lines and their internal information signals and sequentially transfer resultant signals to assigned corresponding through-semiconductor chip lines. The at least one semiconductor chip other than the uppermost semiconductor chip logically combines the internal information signals transferred through the through-semiconductor chip lines from adjoining semiconductor chips and its internal information signals.

    • A method and an apparatus select a domain of an application server in order to support a voice call continuity service in a mobile communication system including an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) domain and a Circuit Switched (CS) domain. The method includes selecting either the IMS domain or the CS domain according to a dynamic domain selection priority which is predetermined corresponding to a terminal when a voice call for the terminal is received. The method also includes anchoring the received voice call corresponding to the terminal through the selected domain. A voice call establishment for a terminal using first the most recent domain which is used for a voice call in a mobile communication system is initiated. Thus, it is possible in a mobile communication system to increase the domain selecting completion rates for a voice call service corresponding to a terminal.

    • Disclosed herein is a voltage sensing member for sensing the voltage of battery cells constituting a battery module, the voltage sensing member comprising: (a) a pair of supporting parts mounted to the bottom of the battery module at regions (the front and rear parts of the battery module) corresponding to electrode terminal connections of the battery cells; (b) connection parts for electrically connecting the supporting parts to a connector; (c) a plurality of conductive sensing parts protruding upward while one end of each linear mounting part is connected to the corresponding support part and the other end of each linear mounting part is elastically connected to electrode terminals of the battery cells; and (d) a connector mounted on the front part or the rear part of the battery module for transmitting the sensed voltage of the battery cells to a battery management system (BMS).
