The repair circuit controls the array mats comprised in one bank differently.

    • A method for preventing unnecessary data from being transmitted by checking a HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) transmission state in a mobile communication system and an apparatus thereof are provided to prevent abuse of wireless resources caused by unnecessary transmission by making a transmission side stop transmitting segments in a situation assuring that a receipt side can not recover original packets. A method for preventing unnecessary data from being transmitted by checking a HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) transmission state in a mobile communication system comprises the following several steps. A transmission side processes some of divided segments via an HARQ processor, and stores the others at a transmission buffer(510). The transmission side checks whether all the segments into which one packet is divided are successfully transmitted(515). If not so, the transmission side whether there exist segments whose transmission is not successful(520). If so, the transmission side flushes relevant processors(525). The transmission side discards the relevant segments(530).
