摘要： PURPOSE: To safely crush rolling stones without allowing an operator to enter a dangerous zone by confirming the position of the rolling stones with a camera and operating a working vehicle while viewing the videos of the camera at a remote place. CONSTITUTION: The working vehicle 3 is provided with the camera 1 for checking the position of the rolling stone M and a signal transmitter 4 for transmitting the videos thereof. The working vehicle 3 is provided with a hydraulic breaker device 10 and a chisel 2 having plural tips is mounted at the hydraulic breaker device 10. The operator safely crushes the rolling stone M by using the working vehicle 3 while viewing the videos of the camera 1 from the remote place. Since the chisel 2 having the plural tips is used, the slip of the chisel 2 does not arise even if there is some mispositioning unidentifiable by the videos of the camera 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method of contaminated soil and a cleaning apparatus thereof which can reduce a load to the environment and can reduce a cleaning cost as compared with the conventional ordinary method.
SOLUTION: Contaminants included in the contaminated soil (s1) is burned by mixing charcoal (w1) to the contaminated soil (s1) and firing the charcoal (w1). Then, ash (s1') produced by burning the contaminant is separated and removed. The temperature of the soil generated by burning the charcoal (w1) becomes the degree of 100°C-400°C in general, therefore, the cleaned soil is not fused and forms no lump and can be reutilized as soil for a lot with no building on it. Furthermore, the charcoal (w1) can be produced from construction waste material etc. at a relatively low cost and, therefore, a fuel cost is suppressed low. That is, as compared with the conventional general method, the load to the environment is reduced and the cleaning cost can be reduced.

The cutter disc is divided into an inner cutter disc 52 and an outer cutter disc 53 so as to be rotation driven independently, respectively. At the time of underground connection, the ring 5 is pushed out to pass through the slit 51 so as to be pressed against a pressure receiving ring 58 and sealed thereat.
