    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polyurethane foam which has low impact resilience and its durable holding property and lasts good vibration characteristics for a long time and which is especially suitable for a car seat.
      SOLUTION: The foam is obtained by reacting a polyoxyalkylene polyol polymer containing a polyoxyalkylene polyol (A) of 10-20 mass%, which is obtained by ring-opening polymerization of a cyclic ether using a polyhydric alcohol mixture having an average hydroxy group number of 2-3 as an initiator and has a monool content of 12 mol% or less, an average molecular weight per a hydroxy group of 1,700-2,300 and a viscosity at 25°C of 1,400 cP or less, with a polyisocyanate in which a tolylene diisocyanate and a polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate are mixed and a mixing mass ratio is 85/15-75/25 of tolylene diisocyanate/polymethylene polyphenyl isocyanate. The foam has a density of 50-60 kg/m
      3 and an impact resilience modulus of 65% or less in a core part.

      SOLUTION: This inspection method of the polymer granular material comprises: a compression process for compressing the polymer granular material by adding a load onto the polymer granular material stored in a measuring container; and a measuring process for measuring at least either of a load in the insertion direction applied to a gage head by being inserted into the polymer granular material and a load in the rotation direction applied to the gage head, while rotating the gage head, after mounting the polymer granular material after compression process on an inspection device having the gage head in the stored state in the measuring container. The easiness of aggregation of the polymer granular material is evaluated based on a load measured in the measuring process.

With the angle detecting sensor 36, angle displacement about the rocking central axis 56 is detectable.
