    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display panel device whose structure is simplified, whose operability is enhanced in both the manufacture and the assembly of a component and in which there is no fear that the graduation face of a display panel is worn out by a method wherein a bolt performs both an action to fix a flanged ring to a core cylinder and an action to prevent an arm plate from being pulled out. SOLUTION: A flanged ring 8 is fitted to the end part of a core cylinder 3, and an arm plate 10 which is composed of a circular hole part and of a display-panel detention part is prepared separately. The circular hole part is formed to be freely rotatable with reference to the ring 8, and it is brought into contact with a flange. A bolt 9 is screwed so as to leave a proper gap on the opposite side, and the ring 8 is fixed to the core cylinder 3. The arm plate 10 is not pulled out to the direction of an axial line thanks to the head of the bolt, it is freely rotatable with reference to the ring 8, and it always maintains a hung-down position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a spring device, which is added to the trolley wire anchoring force, and to prevent the hindrance of the appearance by suspending a set of spring device into a cylindrical pillar used for anchoring a trolley wire. SOLUTION: A cylindrical pillar 1 supports a chain pulley 2 freely to be rotated with a horizontal shaft provided in a top thereof, and the cylindrical pillar 1 is provided with an annular inner edge 1a in a lower part thereof. A suspended cylinder 5 is freely elevated in the cylindrical pillar 1, and provided with an outer edge 5a in a lower end thereof so as to be engaged with the inner edge 1a of the cylindrical pillar 1 through a spring 4. When a trolley wire is moved in two ways by the sliding friction of a pantograph and temperature change, the suspended cylinder 5 is elevated inside of the cylindrical pillar 1 through a chain in response to the movement of the trolley wire, and finally, the suspended cylinder 5 is anchored by the inner edge 1a inside of the cylindrical pillar 1, and during this time, the tensile force is automatically adjusted by the spring 4. On the other hand, since a guide bar 7 is fixed to the cylindrical pillar 1 by a core through a fitting plate 7a provided in the lower end of the guide bar 7, posture of the suspended cylinder 5 is vertically held.
