    • The method comprises delivering conditioning material by tank- or silo vehicles to a dosing silo (4), intermediate storage in a dosing silo with a volume of up to 250 m 3>, dosing of 1-15 t/h from the dosing silo or directly from the silo or tank of the delivering vehicles in a surface water to be treated through free intake of completely filled or partially filled open reaction container (2), adjusting a suspension concentration of 0.1-25 mass% and adjusting neutralization/conditioning agent and/or the surface water in the reaction container of 0.1-15 min. The method comprises delivering conditioning material by tank- or silo vehicles to a dosing silo (4), intermediate storage in a dosing silo with a volume of up to 250 m 3>, dosing of 1-15 t/h from the dosing silo or directly from the silo or tank of the delivering vehicles in a surface water to be treated through free intake of completely filled or partially filled open reaction container (2), adjusting a suspension concentration of 0.1-25 mass%, adjusting neutralization/conditioning agent and/or the surface water in the reaction container of 0.1-15 min, producing a suspension quantity of 50-2000 m 3>/h with a suitable conveyor and a distribution system, adjusting a material concentration in the surface water in the entry area within a meter beneath the water area in the average of less than 0.5 mass% or dosing a conditioning materials or its mixture of 1-15 t/h in the reaction container arranged on land with a volume of 5-100 m 3>, producing a suspension with a concentration of 0.1-25 mass% in a quantity of 10-50 m 3>/h, conveying the produced suspension to a control arrangement, mixing the suspension with water to be treated in a portion of 1:1-1:30, and conveying the mixture to an area entry in the water to be treated. The reaction container is component of suction side of a conveyor and the suction flow is a mixture of neutralization-/conditioning agent and surface water. An independent claim is included for a device for continuous conditioning of acid surface water through entry of conditioning agent.

    • The method comprises supplying a mixture of burned lime products and/or unloaded burned lime product with portion of calcium- and/or magnesium oxide and/or calcium and/or magnesium hydroxide with acid fluid flux with a pH value of = 4, and in a portion of 1-50% of the total quantity of the starting material and unburned lime product with a portion of calcium and/or magnesium carbonate, in a portion of 50-99% of the total quantity of the starting material in the wastewater to be treated up to the pH value exceeds a limit of 5.5-8.3. The method comprises supplying starting materials in suspended form into acidic bodies of water over distribution arrangements and supplying a mixture of burned lime products and/or unloaded burned lime product with portion of calcium- and/or magnesium oxide and/or calcium and/or magnesium hydroxide with acid fluid flux with a pH value of = 4, in a grain size of less than 1 mm with greater than 50% of the starting material, and in a portion of 1-50% of the total quantity of the starting material and unburned lime product with a portion of calcium and/or magnesium carbonate, in a grain size of less than 0.1 mm with greater than 50% of the starting material, in a portion of 50-99% of the total quantity of the starting material in the wastewater to be treated up to the pH value exceeds a limit of 5.5-8.3. The portion of burned lime product and/or unloaded burned lime product is adjusted in the total quantity of the starting material dependent upon the exit-pH-value in which the portion in the pH value of 4-6 is higher than in the pH value of greater than 6-8.3. The portion of burned lime product and/or unloaded burned lime product are adjusted in the total quantity of the starting material in the pH value of 4-6 in 10-50% and in the pH value of greater than 6-8.3 in 1-30% of the total quantity of the starting material. The burned and/or unburned product separated as suspension is recycled and subjected directly into the water or into the water for mixing before its use.
