    • An implement (10) for cleaning at least partially submerged parts of watercraft, the cleaning implement comprising a cleaning head (1) connectable to an elongate support (40), wherein the cleaning head has a greater tran/sverse dimension than the elongate support. The cleaning implement is provided with a deflection surface extending between the cleaning head and the elongate support, such that impingement of an obstacle on the deflection surface, during longitudinal movement of the cleaning head, in use, would cause the cleaning head to be deflected transversely until clear of the obstacle. The cleaning head may have at least one air chamber (11), the air chamber having an open lower end and being adapted to be submerged, in use, such that air is retained within the at least one air chamber to provide buoyancy during use.

    • An exterior rearview mirror assembly (10, 110) for a vehicle includes a housing (14, 114) connectable to a vehicle (12). A mirror (18) is disposed in an opening (16) in the housing (14, 114). A member (70, 170) connected to the housing (14, 114) has a reflective portion (78, 178) for reflecting light from another vehicle. The member (70, 170) also has a turn signal lens (88, 188) through which a turn signal light (36, 136) shines. A second lens (46) may direct light from the turn signal light (36) to the turn signal lens (88).

    • An improved method for analyzing power systems; in particular, power systems that may incorporate distributed energy resources (DER), that provides a thorough determination of the potential for network performance improvement that DER could provide, independent of non-network benefits DER could provide. The method incorporates an Energynet dataset simulating the power system, integrating transmission and distribution elements together and capable of evaluating the impacts of additions of real energy sources and/or reactive energy sources anywhere in the network. Such energy source additions are evaluated for their impact on a broad set of performance measures. The specific DER projects that would realize that potential improvement in network performance are characterized as an Optimal DER Portfolio. Network performance improvement attributable to the Optimal DER Portfolio is quantified in engineering and financial terms.
