摘要： PURPOSE:To treat efficiently the surface of a material to be treated such as a thin sheet material or the like by disposing a contact plate to the inside circumferential surface of a barrel and feeding electricity thereto from a current collecting plate provided to the side plate of the barrel. CONSTITUTION:An annular or disc-shaped current collecting plate 4 is integrally provided to the outside side face of a barrel end plate 1b. A contact plate 5 is disposed along reinforcing rods 2 to the inside circumferential surface of a barrel cylinder part and electricity is conducted through the rods 2 from the plate 4 to the plate 5. Bushings 8 contacting with the plate 4 are provided to a barrel frame 7. The bushings 8 are protrusively provided directly to the frame 7 or to the brackets 9 provided to the frame 7 and feed electricity to the turning barrel body through the top end faces of the bushings 8 which are brought into contact with the surface of the plate 4 under a required pressure. Since the projection of lead wires into the barrel is obviated by such constitution, the generation of a defective product owing to scorching by sparking, denting, etc. of the material to be treated is eliminated.

A genuineness decision part 16 collates the fingerprint information read out of the card 10 with the fingerprint information on the actual card user acquired via the part 8a to decide the genuineness of the owner and user of the card 10. Based on this decision result of genuineness, the propriety is decided for the transaction processing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To utilize electromotive force as an auxiliary power source by inserting a shaft, tightly fitted with a generator magnet, into a cylindrical case setting up a magneto coil at the bottom central part free of lifting motion, and damping it with the electromotive force generating reciprocation between the case and the shaft by vibrations. CONSTITUTION:A magneto coil 6 is set up at the center of a bottom surface in a cylindrical case 1, and a shaft 2 to which a columnar generator magnet 7 is tightly installed is inserted into the lower end free of lifting motion. A coil spring 10 is installed in the underside of an upper end plate of the case 1, restricting the upper limit with a contact plate 9 and a flange 11. A permanent magnet 8, turning the same poly as a magnetic pole (N pole) at a lower end of the generator magnet 7 to the upper end, is installed on the bottom of the case, 1 restricting the lower limit. The case 1 and the shaft 2 are connected each to both wheel and body sides of a vehicle. Vibrations in the vehicle comes to reciprocating motion between the case and the shaft, and thereby there is produced electromotive force in the magneto coil 6, serving as a buffer action on the vibration. In this connection, vibro-energy is converted into electric power, turning to auxiliary power.

When the frame 2 is slided by being driven with the oscillating device where the barrel body B is suspended and supported, the oscillating lever 11 is pushed in the frame oscillating direction by the opposing face 8a and is thereby oscillated. The opposing both levers alternately push the oscillating lever 11. Thereby, the barrel body B is moved laterally by being defined in the sliding range of the frame 2, whereby the surface treating of the objects in the barrel is accomplished.

The reinforcing bars 5a, 5b are arranged in a previously orthogonal state, and the jig is attached to the intersection part of the reinforcing bars 5a, 5b so that the recess parts 2, 4 of the body 1 insert respectively. Thereby a lattice frame assembling rod-like body is arranged in the form of a lattice by simple working to be assembled.
