    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating-up prevention countermeasure which is capable of being constructed at a low cost and with high efficiency without influencing the surrounding environment.SOLUTION: A floating-up prevention structure 10 includes a bottom reinforcing member 11 and a ceiling reinforcing member 12. A vertically downward load that is the sum of the weights of the bottom reinforcing member 11, the ceiling reinforcing member 12 and a lining body 3, and a load applied just on a tunnel 2 is larger than the buoyancy. The reinforcing member 11 is constructed of a horizontally disposed bottom floor slab 11a and posts 11b for supporting the bottom floor slab from the underside. The ceiling reinforcing member 12 is constructed of a horizontally disposed ceiling slab 12a and hangers 12b for hanging the ceiling slab to support it. The bottom floor slab 11a, the posts 11b, the ceiling floor slab 12a and the hangers 12b are comprised of precast concrete.
