摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently recover the sensible heat of high temperature gas by converting the sensible heat of the high temperature gas into that of thermal medium, and further converting it by a thermoelectric element into electric energy. CONSTITUTION:High temperature gas 10 applies considerable portion of sensible heat of itself via a heat exchanger 12 to thermal medium 13, the temperature of itself is decreased in the amount corresponding to the given quantity of heat, and exhausted by a blower 11 out of a system. The medium 13, to which the sensible heat of the gas 10 is applied, applies its sensible heat to a thermoelectric generator 15. The medium 13 itself decreases it temperature to the original value, supplies via a pump 14 to the exchanger 12, and sensible heat is applied again from the gas 10. The thermoelectric element of the generator 15 generates electric power in response to the thermoelectric capacity. Coolant is circulated through a pump 17 and a cooling tower 18 to the generator 15. The generated power is produced to an electric line 19, and converted to AC via a DC/AC exchanger 20.

In this case, the sections 17a and 17b are fixed at a plurality of positions for receiving the fiber 11, together with the receiver 20a, from the conveyor 16 and taking up the fiber.

This method has excellent energy efficiency, improved utility efficiency of supplied gas, arbitrarily adjusts the gas composition in the furnace, requiring a few facilities of gas supply, exhaust devices, gas flow rate control in the furnace, etc., and is economically excellent.

CONSTITUTION:The waste gas from three units of hot stoves 1 passed through a duct 3 and is led into a heat exchanger 4 through the pipeline 5 to which a lead-out pipeline 11 connects. After it is heat-exchanged with air for combustion from a blower 8, it is exhausted from a chimney 2 through the pipeline 6 to which a lead-out pipeline 12 connects. If at this time, the amount of waste gas is large (e.g., at the time of combustion of two units of hot stoves), part of the high- temperature waste gas is passed through the heat exchanger 4 and the rest is let to a water granulated slag drying unit 13 through the lead-out pipeline 11. At the combustion of one unit of the hot stove 1, the entire amount of the waste gas is passed through the heat exchanger 4, after which part of the low-temperature waste gas is led into the water granulated slag drying unit 13 through pipelines 7, 12. Here, the dampers 14-16 of the pipelines 11, 12, 17 are changed over by the change-over control panel 18 which selectively controls the hot stoves.

Thus, when the motor 35 is driven to rotate the shaft 27, a frictional force generated between the shaft 27 and each roller 29 is applied thereto as a force for the rotation thereof. According to this construction, relative dislocation between the yarn S and the guide roller 29 is prevented or reduced, and the appearance of yarn fuzzing or end breakage is thereby prevented or reduced.
