摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide surface-treated hot-dip plated steel having white rusting resistance, in particular, excellent white rusting resistance after heating, and excellent appearance while being free from any defective appearance attributable to a plating layer.SOLUTION: In the surface-treated hot-dip plated steel, an aluminum-zinc alloy plating layer (α) is plated on the surface of the steel, and a film (β) which is formed of at least one kind of compound (A) to be selected from among a titanium compound and a zirconium compound as a film-forming component is further coated on its upper layer. The aluminum-zinc alloy plating layer (α) contains Al, Zn, Si and Mg as components, and the Al content is 25-75 mass%, and the Mg content is 0.1-10 mass%. The aluminum-zinc alloy plating layer (α) contains 0.2-15 vol.% Si-Mg phase, and the mass ratio of Mg in the Si-Mg phase to the total Mg amount in the plating layer is ≥3%.
