摘要： A low-cost contact detection sensor and contact detection method for easily detecting a contact by a third party is provided. A contact detection sensor comprises an antireflection structure including structure elements having a predetermined shape which are put in an array periodically at a pitch smaller than a wavelength of visible spectrum; and a substrate including the antireflection structure in at least a part of a surface portion thereof. The antireflection structure distinguishes whether the detection target is contacted by a human body or not based on a change in reflectance which occurs to an area of the detection target contacted by the human body when the detection target is contacted by the human body.

摘要： A low-cost contact detection sensor and contact detection method for easily detecting a contact by a third party is provided. 摘要： An illumination optical system includes a light source for emitting a plurality of different colors of light, a plurality of rotating optical scanners, and a plurality of scanning lenses. Each of the optical scanners has a reflecting surface that is formed helically around a cylindrical body. The different colors of light enter the respective reflecting surfaces in the direction parallel to the rotation axis, are reflected therefrom, and pass through the scanning lenses, so that each color of light is magnified and then scans the region to be illuminated sequentially. This makes it possible to provide an illumination optical system that can improve scanning linearity, lower noise because of its reduced wind resistance, and achieve reduction in the cost and power consumption.

The reflective optical system includes a first reflection surface (1) that directly reflects rays of light from an object, and a second reflection surface (2) that reflects rays of light from the first reflection surface (1). An open portion is provided between the first reflection surface (1) and the second reflection surface (2), and rays of light from the object enter the open portion. A light-transmitting portion (2a) is provided in the second reflection surface (2) and transmits rays of light that have entered the refractive optical system (3). An aperture (1a) is provided in the first reflection surface (1) and allows rays of light from the second reflection surface (2) and the refractive optical system (3) to enter the image-forming optical system (5).

At least one surface of the plural reflection surfaces (2, 3) has an anamorphic shape. The reflection surfaces (2, 3) are disposed eccentrically. There is provided a light shielding member (6) for blocking light fluxes passing through the diaphragm (1) and reaches the range to be imaged on an image surface (4) without being reflected by the reflection surfaces (2, 3). Since the shielding member (6) is disposed, unnecessary light fluxes do not reach the image surface directly. Since there is no refractive transmission plane, also unnecessary light reflected by the transmission plane does not reach the image surface.
