    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curvature-variable mirror in which the improvement, in the accuracy of the length of supporting legs for supporting a reflection mirror and the accuracy of flatness, is unnecessary, the curvature of the reflection face is variable, and a focal length, a beam diameter and a beam mode are adjustable. SOLUTION: The curvature-variable mirror 1 includes: a circular reflection mirror 2; a structure member 3 disposed on the back face 2B side of the circular reflection mirror 2 at a distance; a pair of fixing members 4 disposed between the back face 2B and the structure member 3 by sandwiching the center of the back face 2B; the two sets of reflection mirror supporting legs 5, in which each one end is vertically fixed to the back face 2B and each one set of two of the other ends is fixed to each of the fixing members 4; fixing member supporting legs 6, in which one end is fixed to the intermediate position of the fixing member 4 and the other end is fixed to the structure member 3; and a piezo actuator 7, which is a distance varying means in which one end is fixed in the vicinity of the center 2E of the back face 2B and the other end is fixed to the structure member 3.
