Since the guide accurately holds the position and considerably holds adhesive force, the horizontal vibration of a vibration system due to weight, the eccentricity of the dustproof component or the like can be prevented, and dustproof effect can considerably be attained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To generated no positional deviation at the time of adhereing a submagnet to the back surface of a magnetic field part by making the submagnet a plate shape magnet to which a through hole is disposed on a center part and temporarily fixing by the use of an auxiliary fixing screw while an adhesive is cured. After the adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the bottom plate 3 and the upper surface of the plate like submagnet 12 having a magnetic direction opposite to the magnetic direction of the ring like main magnet 2, the bottom plate 3 is fastened by the fixing screw 13 inserted through the through hole 14 of the submagnet 12 and fixed until the adhesive is cured. The submagnet 12 is guided by the tapped hold 11 of the fixing screw 13 and the bottom plate 3 and fastened, so that the positional deviation is not generated.

If the scale of the bottom center part 16a and the diameter of the dumber sticking part 16d are appropriately selected, the scale of a dumper 21 can be freely designed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an antimagnetic type speaker having no positional deviation during adhering without mistaking an adhering direction during an assembling operation by fixing a submagnet to the back surface of a bottom plate through an iron plate indicating its magnetic direction. On the outer peripheral surface of the bottom plate 3, external threads 11 are formed and on the outer peripheral edge inside of an iron plate 12 previously adhered to the ring like submagnet 10, internal threads 13 are formed. In the process in which the iron plate 12 to which the ring like submagnet 10 is fixed is adhered to the back surface of the bottom plate 3, the magnetic direction of the submagnet 10 can be visually discriminated, the efficiency of the operation is improved and the internal thread 13 is fitted and fixed to the external thread 11. Thereby, the positional deviation resulting from the repulsive force of the main magnet and the submagnet 2, 10 magnetized in opposite directions mutually is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A magnet 2 is clipped between a plate 1 with pole piece and a top plate 3. Further, the frame 4 is clipped between the stepped part provided to the plate 3 and the magnet 2. They are adhered and bonded. Thus, the structure is adopted that the frame 4 is clipped between the plate 3 and the magnet 2, then no iron powder is caused. Thus, a trouble of conventional welding that the iron powder is invaded in to the magnetic gap to cause defective operation of a speaker is avoided.
