摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by flowing an excavating mixture generated at pile driving time by inside digging on the water in the other existing pile, and precipitately separating the excavating mixture into excavating earth and liquid. SOLUTION: Polluted water generated at driving time of a steel pipe pile 7 by an inside digging construction method on the water is drained to an outside upper part of the pile 7 to be injected into the driving-completed steel pipe pile 4 by piping 3a. Next, the solid content such as excavating earth in the polluted water increases by being precipitated/accumulated, and overflows in a circulating tank 1 installed by surrounding the pile 4 from the pile 4 while including the excavating earth in most of the injected polluted water, so that the excavating earth precipitates even in the tank 1. Next, treated water by precipitately separating the excavating earth is supplied to the driving pile 7 by piping 3b to be reused. When a little suspended matter leaks outside the tank 1, diffusion is prevented by a diffusion preventive frame 2, and when oil flows out, the diffusion is prevented by an oil fence 5. Thus, execution work can be simplified without exerting influence on a peripheral environment, and a construction period and a cost can also be reduced.
