    • PURPOSE:To detect filter clogging correctly and thereby to take adequate countermeasures against possible troubles on the equipment, by installing a filter clogging sensor below an airflow duct section which does not produce a rise in temperature due to the shutdown of a fan for warm air circulation. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 8 designed to prevent excessive heat on the body of a heater (excessive heat prevention sensor) is installed to the upper part of a burner 5 in an airflow duct section 4. A filter clogging sensor 9 is mounted on the downstream of the airflow duct section 4 in a position substantially as high as the burner 5. When a heater 3 is clogged with dust, the main body 1 of heater is subjected to a rise in temperature, which forces the excessive heat prevention sensor 8 so as to shut off the supply of gas to the burner 5. Even when the filter was clogged with dust a little while before the supply of gas was shut off, the filter clogging sensor has already started its operation, and the filter clogged sign lights up. Moreover, when a fan 10 is subjected to a trouble due to a locked state or the like, burned waste gas rises up and heats the airflow duct section 4 on the upper part of the burner 5, and forces the excessive heat prevention sensor 8 to operate so as to shut off the supply of gas to the burner 5. At this time, the filter clogging sensor 9 is not subjected to heat so that the filter clogging sign does not light up.

    • PURPOSE:To give no feeling of cold air in post purge, and also to prevent a burner body from being superheated, by constituting the title controller whose judgement means is provided with a combustion control part, a fan motor control part, a combustion detection part, a combustion timer, an arithmetic part and a delay timer. CONSTITUTION:A burning state is converted into an electric signal by a combustion sensor 30 which sends it to a combustion detection part 31. According to the electric signal sent from the sensor 30, the detection part 31 produces an output to a combustion timer 32 only when combustion is judged, thus allowing the timer 32 to count the combustion time. An arithmetic part 33 calculates the value counted by the timer 32 and allows a delay timer 34 to count the post purge time corresponding to the combustion time. Then, when an operation switch 23 is turned off, a combustion control part 25 stops the operation of an electromagnetic valve 27. When the switch 23 is turned off, the timer 34 outputs an operation signal to a fan motor control part 29 during the period of the post purge time calculated while the switch 23 has been kept on, thereby rotating a blowing fan 17 for a predetermined period of time corresponding to the combustion time though the switch 23 is turned off.

CONSTITUTION:In an ordinary operation state, air outside a device is sucked through the opening part of a filter 7 for combustion with the aid of a fan 4, air flows from the filter 7 for combustion side of a heat shield box 11 to an upper part, and a room temperature is sensed by the tip of a thermistor 8. During reignition, the surplus heat of a combustion chamber 5 is prevented from being transmitted to the tip of the thermistor 8 by means of the heat shield box 11. Since the filter 7 for combustion side of the heat shield box 11 is opened, the tip of the thermistor 8 can make direct contact with air outside the device. The constitution causes accurate display of a room temperature in an ordinary operation state, and enables accurate display of a room temperature during reignition without displaying the room temperature at a value higher than an actual room temperature.

CONSTITUTION:A flame hole body 2 having several flame holes 2a is press fitted to an upper part of a main body 1 of a burner. A baffle 10 is composed of a net of 30 meshes and press fitted at a flange part 1d of the main body 1 of the burner within a range from A to B with clearance arranged between the main body 1 of the burner and the flame hole body 2. Gas 7 injected from a nozzle 6 enters a mixing pipe 1c of the main body 1 of the burner and when primary air 8 is blown under an effect of ejector, it may suck simultaneously dusts around the burner. Since the baffle 10 is placed inside the flame hole body 2, dust of large size is accumulated in the baffle 10. Small dusts are injected from a flame hole 2a together with a mixing gas, dispersed through a burner net 3 and ignited. So, the flame hole 2a of the flame hole body 2 can keep superior combustion for a long period of time without being clogged by dusts.
