摘要： A reel assembly includes a mounting bracket including a substantially planar mounting bracket body. A reel motor is connected to a first lateral side of the mounting bracket and a reel superstructure is connected to be driven by the reel motor about a rotational axis extending substantially perpendicular to the plane of the mounting bracket body. A mounting flange is located at a top edge of the mounting bracket. This mounting flange includes a substantially planar surface lying in a plane extending transversely to the plane of the mounting bracket body, preferably forming a “T” shape with the planar mounting bracket body as viewed in transverse section. A stabilizing structure is located at a rear edge of the mounting bracket in a spaced apart relationship with the mounting flange, and a locking structure is located at an intersection of the top edge of the mounting bracket and the front edge of the mounting bracket.

摘要： A method includes displaying a number of enhancement symbols concurrently on a display device included at a gaming machine through which a wagering game may be played. The wagering game has a paytable providing at least one award level correlated to a payout value. Each of the displayed enhancement symbols is correlated to a payout modification. At least one of these enhancement symbols is selected and shown on the display device as being selected for a given play of the wagering game. The payout modification correlated to the selected enhancement symbol is used to identify a modified payout value for the outcome generated and displayed graphically for play of the game. This modified payout value is awarded for the given play of the game in lieu of or in addition to the payout value shown in the paytable for the outcome.

摘要： In the preferred embodiment of the invention, a currency security box is releasably secured to a frame within a device, such as a vending machine, gaming machine, gaming table, amusement machine, bank machine or the like, and is automatically released from the frame by sliding a transportable security box cover over the security box. At the position where the security box cover releases the box from the frame, the security box cover also effectively encloses the security box and automatically latches onto the security box. The security box, along with the security box cover, may now be removed from the frame and the device. The security box cover includes a locking device which must be activated to release the security box cover from the security box so as to gain access to the currency in the box.
