    • The lid for a tank of a fluid system such as a cooling water circuit of an automotive vehicle is characterized in that the lid is composed of an inner lid member which can be screwed to the neck of the tank, and of an outer lid member which covers the inner lid member in the manner of a bell or mushroom, and that a coupling means is formed between the inner lid member and the outer lid member, the coupling means containing a medium which below a predetermined temperature or a predetermined temperature range shows such a consistency that the medium establishes a non-rotational connection between the outer lid member and the inner lid member while the medium above the predetermined temperature or the predetermined temperature range assumes such a consistency that the outer lid member is rotatable relative to the inner lid member. It is thereby ensured that endangerment of persons by hot liquid or coolant steam squirting out therefrom is reliably prevented.

    • A parison transporting device includes a conveyor system moveable either in longitudinal or transverse fashion relative to the direction of parison discharge in the tube receiving position below the tube forming head to receive, on the conveyor system, either a straight tubular piece or a tubular piece curved in accordance with the mold cavity of the blow mold. The conveyor system is then moved to the blow mold and into a position where an end section of the conveyor belt is positioned vertically above an end section of the mold cavity with the tubular piece located thereon. A rotating conveyor belt carried by the conveyor system is moved above the mold cavity either in both horizontal directions (X-direction and Y-direction) to arrange the straight tubular piece into the curved mold cavity, or, in the alternative, linearly above the mold cavity to drop the tubular piece, already positioned in curved fashion on the conveyor belt, into the correspondingly formed mold cavity.

    • A removal-resistant plug or closure for a container has a slide radially extensible beyond the circumference of the plug and container to provide a gripping surface for removal of the plug. With the slide retracted, the exterior surfaces of the plug is smooth and devoid of any gripping surface. A seal attached after the container is filled and the plug inserted is provided by a cavity which extends across a lateral edge of the slide and the adjacent portion of the slide guide in the plug. A marker plate is attached to cover the cavity such that when the slide is moved, the portions of the cavity are misaligned to break the marker plate from the plug to provide a visible indication that the seal has been broken.

    • The parison transporting device includes two opposite side wall elements whose inner surfaces facing each other are curved in accordance with the mold cavity of the blow mold. Rods which in the longitudinal direction of the parison transporting device are mounted in offset relationship in alternate fashion and form the bottom of the parison transporting device are secured to the side wall elements. The side wall elements are movable towards and away from each other. In the tube receiving position, the side wall elements are spaced apart from each other to such a degree that a parison tube can be placed in straight fashion between the side wall elements. The side wall elements are subsequently moved towards each other up to a distance corresponding to the thickness of the parison tube, whereby the parison tube is exactly shaped in the form of the mold cavity of the blow mold. The side wall elements are moved apart above the blow mold to such an extent that the parison tube drops into the mold cavity. The parison transporting device is now moved linearly.
