The coating liquid pan 10 comprises a first tank 10a connected with the supply tube 42 and immersing the gravure roll 20 and a second tank 10b connected with the flow returning tube 43, and is formed in an overflow structure that the surplus coating liquid S overflowed from the first tank 10a is returned to the coating liquid tank 40 after being stored in the second tank 10b.
