    • A vehicular lamp having a distance adjustment section that adjusts the distance between the lamp body and the reflector and includes an adjustment shaft, a gear member, and a receiving element. The adjustment shaft has a spherical end; the gear member includes a shaft portion that has the adjustment shaft therein, elastic pawls protruding from the shaft portion, and empty spaces defined by the elastic pawls to allow flexure of the elastic pawls toward the shaft portion; and the receiving element is formed on the back surface of the reflector. The gear member having the adjustment shaft is rotatably inserted in an insertion hole of the lamp body, the elastic pawls are engaged with the edge of the insertion hole to prevent the gear member from slipping out; and the spherical end of the adjustment shaft is engaged with the receiving element and prevented from rotating.

    • A LAN interface is provided that can reduce the power consumption of the whole of a terminal in an unnecessary state of a LAN interface. The LAN interface includes a link pulse detector 16 that operates on a predetermined voltage supplied via the I/O bus 11 and detects a link pulse transmitted from a counter device connected to the connection port 15. When detecting a link pulse sent from a counter device, the link pulse detector 16 controls the LAN controller 13 and the isolation section 12 to controllably bring them to an operation state thereof. When not detecting a link pulse sent from the counter device, the link controller 13 controls the LAN controller 13 and the isolation section 12 to bring them to a non-operation state.

    • When a thermal transfer film and a material, on which an image is to be transferred, are spottedly adhered to each other with adhesive particles, the adhesive strength can be successfully regulated as desired and it becomes possible to provide a thermal transfer medium having an excellent storage stability. The present invention relates to a thermal transfer medium comprising: a thermal transfer film having a substrate film and a hot-melt ink layer provided on the substrate film; and an image receiving sheet adhered in a peelable manner to the thermal transfer film on the side of the hot-melt ink layer through a temporary adhesive layer, the temporary adhesive layer including adhesive particles and a binder, the thermal transfer film on the side of the hot-melt ink layer and the image receiving sheet being spottedly adhered to each other. Also disclosed is a thermal transfer medium including: a thermal transfer film having a substrate film and a hot-melt ink layer provided on the substrate film; and an image receiving sheet adhered in a peelable manner to the thermal transfer film on the side of the hot-melt ink layer, the hot-melt ink layer containing adhesive particles, the thermal transfer film on the side of the hot-melt ink layer and the image receiving sheet being spottedly adhered to each other. Also disclosed is a thermal transfer medium including: a thermal transfer film having a substrate film and a hot-melt ink layer provided on the substrate film; and an image receiving sheet adhered in a peelable manner to the thermal transfer film on the side of the hot-melt ink layer, the hot-melt ink layer containing a thermoplastic elastomer having a rubber elasticity.

    • A method for desilvering an imagewise exposed and color development processed silver halide color light-sensitive material comprising processing the imagewise exposed and color developed silver halide color light-sensitive material with a processing solution exhibiting bleaching ability which contains at least one of hydrogen peroxide and a compound capable of releasing hydrogen peroxide, wherein the silver halide color light-sensitive material has an emulsion layer comprising a light-sensitive silver halide with at least 90 mol % silver chloride and substantially no silver iodide, the processing solution exhibiting a bleaching ability contains at least one water-soluble chloride, the color developed silver halide color light-sensitive material contains 1 mmol/m.sup.2 or less of a color developing agent in the light-sensitive material when introduced into the processing solution exhibiting a bleaching ability and the desilvering is completed within 30 seconds. The desilvering proceeds rapidly in a stable manner without causing environmental pollution.
