摘要： [Problems] To provide a marker which is useful in diagnosing leukemia and a method of using the same.[Means for Solving Problems] A method of detecting a leukemia cell which comprises detecting a CD34-positive cell being negative in DOCK180 expression from a blood specimen. According to this method, a DOCK180 expression pattern specific to a tumor cell in leukemia, in particular, acute leukemia is confirmed so that information which is useful in diagnosing leukemia and monitoring and determining the severity and degree of recovery of the same by a doctor can be obtained by a convenient procedure using blood specimens and thus provided.

A semiconductor integrated circuit device used in a mobile communication system such as a cellular phone is provided with a base band CPU block performing a base band processing for executing a base band protocol stack, an application system CPU block executing a high-level OS and controlling applications other than the base band processing, an application real-time CPU block executing a real-time OS and the like and controlling an image/voice processing, all of which are formed on one semiconductor chip. Further, internal high-speed buses to which these CPU blocks are connected are respectively connected via bridges.

摘要： Use of an anti-cardiolipin antibody, anti-lipoprotein antibody or anti-.beta.2-glycoprotein I antibody together with an immobilized antibody thereof enables to accurately assay for a complex of .beta.2-glycoprotein I and an oxidized lipoprotein in a blood sample, according to a sandwich immunoassay. Thus, the oxidized lipoprotein in blood can be detected, whereby diagnosis of arteriosclerotic disease is enabled.
