    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength cold rolled steel sheet having excellent adhesion of a coating film and workability, and a tensile strength of ≥390 MPa.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aging state evaluation method capable of grasping the precipitation state of a Cu-precipitate in the aging treatment process of a Cu-containing steel by use of XAFS measurement method and nondestructively confirming the propriety of aging treatment, and an aging treatment method using it.
      SOLUTION: In this method for evaluating the aging state of a steel product containing 1-5 mass% of Cu, when the peak height value at 8.98 KeV in the vicinity of fluorescent X-ray spectrum K absorption edge of Cu constituting a precipitate involved in aging in the steel product, which is measured at ordinary temperature by XAFS method, is within 2.8-3.8 shown by standardized phosphor yield, it is evaluated that the aging treatment is properly performed. According to this, the aging treatment state such as hardness rise of Cu-containing steel product can be nondestructively evaluated without performing a material test such as a tensile test or hardness test which needs sample adjustment, and the propriety of the aging treatment and the quality of Cu-containing aged steel product can be easily confirmed.
