摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a way to accurately detect the position of a spindle motor. In a spindle motor startup process according to one embodiment, a parameter setup section acquires from a parameter table a sense time value corresponding to an input voltage that is acquired from an ADC. The parameter setup section sets the sense time value in a register. A position determination section, which is within an SPM driver, performs an induced voltage detection process for rotor position detection purposes during the time corresponding to the sense time value that is set in the register. Even when the input voltage is decreased, rotor position detection can be properly achieved by changing the sense time value in accordance with a change in the input voltage.

摘要： Original seawater is supplied to a pre-treatment equipment, and a flocculated material produced by exerting a magnetic force and injecting ozone is removed by filtration. The seawater pretreated by the pre-treatment equipment is supplied to a reverse osmosis membrane module. Concentrated salt water discharged from the reverse osmosis membrane module is supplied to an electrodialyser unit. The concentrated salt water discharged from the electrodialyser unit is supplied to an evaporator. In the evaporator, the concentrated salt water is evaporated to dry solid salt. A part or all of desalted water discharged from the electrodialyser unit is returned to the reverse osmosis membrane module. Permeated water discharged from the reverse osmosis membrane module and evaporated water obtained by the evaporator are supplied as potable water.

摘要： A sheet-like thermal sensing element includes a carbon fiber mixed paper and resin layers laminated on both surfaces of the carbon fiber mixed paper. Electrodes are provided along opposite two sides of the carbon fiber mixed paper. A temperature change can be detected by detecting the change of resistance value of the carbon fiber mixed paper. A sheet-like heater is also disclosed, the heater including a pair of carbon fiber mixed papers separated by an insulating sheet and surrounded by resin. Each of the carbon fiber mixed papers include electrodes thereon. The sheet like heater can both generate heat and detect temperature change for precise heating control. Also disclosed is a method of making both the sheet-like heater and sheet-like thermal sensing element involving producing the carbon fiber mixed paper, electrode formation, laminating the mixed papers together and resin encapsulation.
