    • A foam dispensing pump container having a suction inlet capable of introducing a large amount of external air while preventing ingress of water and foam certainly.In the foam dispensing pump container, a suction inlet 45 is opened to an opposite side of a discharging outlet 43 of the nozzle member 4. The suction inlet 45 is communicated with an air course formed between an inner cylinder 41 and an outer cylinder 42 through a through hole 46. A skirt shaped cover portion 47 is formed to extend downwardly from an outer circumferential edge of the ceiling of the nozzle member 4 to a level lower than the suction inlet 45. In order to divide and shut off an inner space of the skirt shaped cover portion 47 (i.e., a space between an inner face of the cover portion 47 and the outer cylinder 42), at least one pair of partitions 49 are formed on both sides of the suction inlet 45 in the circumferential direction of the nozzle member 4.

    • Disclosed is a composite overhead cable structure having high seal properties, comprising a metallic pipe, at least one layer of stranded metallic elongated conductor surrounding the outer periphery of the pipe, and an optical fiber cable disposed within and extending throughout the length of the pipe, wherein the metallic pipe comprises at least two metallic pipe sections which are arranged in alignment and connected at their respective confronting terminals having contours complementary to each other and wherein the metallic pipe has a specific structure of connection between the mutually adjacent pipe sections, such that a longitudinal through-weld extends along the entire length of the metallic pipe and such that a connecting turning weld extends between first and second different points on the longitudinal through-weld of the metallic pipe so as to turn around the axis of said metallic pipe, the first and second points being positioned at a distance which satisfies a specific relationship. The welded metallic pipe has no weld defects in the longitudinal through-weld thereof so that the metallic pipe has excellent seal properties and therefore, the composite overhead cable structure of the present invention is free from the danger that rain water or the like enters the pipe and adversely affects the optical fiber cable.

    • A multilevel inverter includes an inverter arm. The inverter arm is provided between a highest electric potential point and a lowest electric potential point, and includes (i) a second switching element group to which switching elements that are connected in series belong, the switching elements being connected to respective diodes which are connected in an opposite polarity and in parallel and (ii) a diode for each power supply connection point. One of connection points at which the switching elements belonging to the second switching element group are connected to each other and a U phase output terminal are connected, the one connection point being located such that at least one of the switching elements provided between the one connection point and the highest electric potential point is equal in number to the other switching elements which belong to the second switching element group and are provided between the one connection point and the lowest electric potential point.
