摘要： PURPOSE:To produce an Al alloy sheet having high high speed formability by subjecting an Al alloy contg. specified amounts of Mg and copper to specified annealing treatment. CONSTITUTION:The ingot of an Al alloy having a compsn. contg., by weight, 4.0 to 10.0% Mg or contg. 4.0 to 10.0% Mg and 0.1 to 0.5% copper and in which the content of both Fe and Si as inevitable impurities is regulated to =480 deg.C and is thereafter formed into a rolled sheet. This rolled sheet is subjected to process annealing at 300 to 550 deg.C and is subjected to final cold rolling at 10 to 50% draft. This rolled sheet is held to 480 to 550 deg.C for 0 to 60sec and is cooled to 100 deg.C at >=10 deg.C/sec temp. reducing rate. Its grain size is regulated to =90% Mg content to be added is formed into a one of solid solution, the (m) value showing the dependency on the strain rate is regulated to =1.5 times that of the random sample.

CONSTITUTION:The ingot of an aluminum alloy contg., by weight, 6 to 10% Mg, 0.2 to 0.5% Cu and 0.0001 to 0.01% Be, furthermore contg. total 0.01 to 0.2% of one or >=two kinds among Mn, Cr, Zr and V and moreover contg. 0.005 to 0.1% Ti or 0.005 to 0.1% Ti and 0.00001 to 0.05% B, and the balance substantial Al is subjected to homogenizing treatment and is thereafter rolled to regulate its thickness into a prescribed one. Next, it is heated at 450 to 550 deg.C for =800 deg.C/min average cooling rate. In this way, the aluminum alloy sheet having 20 to 120mum average grain size can be manufactured.

In this way, the objective Al alloy material excellent in tensile properties, bulging properties and flattening properties can be obtd.
