    • A bipolar plate and a fuel cell stack using the same. The bipolar plate used in the fuel cell stack includes: a first plate having a fuel flow passage; and a second plate having an oxidant flow passage and a land, the land being on the second plate and formed to be partially opposite to the fuel flow passage. Further, the fuel cell stack includes: a polymer electrolyte membrane; an anode electrode and a cathode electrode respectively placed on opposite sides of the polymer electrolyte membrane; a first plate placed on the anode electrode, and having a fuel flow passage; and a second plate placed on the cathode electrode, and having an oxidant flow passage and a land, the land being on the second plate and formed to be partially opposite to the fuel flow passage.

    • Provided is a method for controlling a keyword charge in keyword advertising, including the steps of: dividing an exposure location where a search listing abstracted by predetermined keyword search is displayed into at least one unit display zone; receiving bid price data with respect to display of the search listing in the unit display zone from a predetermined advertiser; as the step of associating a predetermined bid field with the unit display zone in response to receiving of the bid price data, recording the received bid price data in the bid field; sorting at least one bid price data recorded in the bid field on the basis of the size of the unit click cost and giving predetermined rankings to the sorted bid price data, respectively; in response to the keyword search, controlling the search listing of the bid price data at the highest ranking to be exposed in the unit display zone; and as the step of controlling a bill to be charged in accordance with a click selection by a predetermined searcher with respect to the exposed search listing, determining a charge amount generated by the click selection; wherein the charge amount is determined by referring to the unit click cost of predetermined bid price data at a lower ranking, except the bid price data at the highest ranking among the sorted bid price data.

    • A semiconductor device manufacturing method wherein a metal suicide layer is formed via an in-situ process. The method includes forming a gate electrode on a semiconductor substrate; forming an insulation side wall at either lateral surface of the gate electrode; forming a source/drain region in a surface of the semiconductor substrate at either side of the gate electrode; forming a metal layer on the surface of the semiconductor substrate including the gate electrode; performing a plasma treatment on the metal layer; forming a capping material layer on the metal layer; performing an annealing process upon the semiconductor substrate, to form a metal silicide layer on the surface of the semiconductor substrate at positions corresponding to the gate electrode and the source/drain region; and removing the capping material layer and the metal layer remained without reaction with the gate electrode and the semiconductor substrate.

    • There are provided a method and system for monitoring an optical transmission line. The system for monitoring the optical transmission line includes: an OTDR (optical time-domain reflectometer) transmitting a monitoring light to an optical transmission line, measuring a reflected light or backscattered light to monitor the optical transmission line; an optical amplification unit amplifying the monitoring light transmitted on the optical transmission line by using a gain clamped optical amplifier; and a filter unit removing a component having a wavelength outside a wavelength band of the monitoring light from a backward ASE (amplified spontaneous emission) generated by the optical amplification unit. Accordingly, it is possible to extend an optical transmission line monitoring distance of the OTDR. As a result, it is possible to prevent deterioration of the performance of the OTDR because of the backward ASE.

    • A LCD is adapted to reduce the number of data lines and drive circuits. The LCD can be driven in a dot inversion manner, using a data driver employing column inversion. A gate driver sequentially supplies first and second gate signals to gate lines. First and second switching parts are located in an ith horizontal line and supply video signals from data lines to LC cells by the control of an ith gate line. Third switching parts supply video signals to the cells located in the horizontal line, and are connected to the same data line as the second switching part, and are controlled by the ith and an i−1th gate lines.
