SOLUTION: The wood flour resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin, wood flour, and a scaly inorganic filler having an aspect ratio of 10 or larger. The scaly inorganic filler having an aspect ratio of 10 or larger enables a molding obtained by molding the resin composition to have performances such a high dimensional accuracy, a low expansion, and a low shrinkage.

SOLUTION: The water retention materials supplied from rolls 3 are laminated on both surfaces of the wood flour/resin composite material 2 being a continuous plate-shaped body extruded from an extruder 1 and water or hot water is sprinkled over or applied to both surfaces of the wood flour/resin composite material 2 by water adding devices 10 through rolls 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Therefore, water is held to the water retention materials 4 laminated to the outer surfaces of the wood flour/resin composite material 2 and the whole of the outer surfaces of the wood flour/resin composite material 2 is conditioned in moisture uniformly and efficiently and, since the wood flour/resin composite material 2 is already uniformly heated by the heat at the time of molding of the extruded sheet, this method is advantageous from an aspect of energy efficiency and more uniform moisture conditioning can be realized. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal interior finishing material as a floor material to be laid on a kitchen and a sanitary space part by integrally forming both tongue parts of a male tongue shape and a female tongue shape on a base impregnated with a synthetic resin, and sticking a surface plate formed of a ligneous material including a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A base 1 is molded into a rectangular plate shape by impregnating a phenol resin by using rock wool as a main component, and a tongue part 2a of a male tongue shape and a tongue part 2b of a female tongue shape are respectively and integrally formed simultaneously with molding or by cutting work. A recessed groove 5 is carved over the total length in a base end surface corner part of the tongue part 2a, and a long size packing material 4 is fitted and stuck. The long size packing material may be fitted and installed via an adhesive. A surface plate 3 is stuck and fixed to a surface of the base 1 via an adhesive. The surface plate 3 is molded by thermocompression bonding by being hardened by mixing a synthetic resin with wood flour. The resin is formed of PP and vinyl chloride. Thus, a ligneous feeling can be obtained, water resistance can be held, permeation of water from a tongue joint part can be prevented, and moisture resistance, water resistance and dimensional stability can be secured.

Thus, the soundproof floor material A has improved feeling of walking while exhibiting the soundproof performance, and can be directly applied to the concrete floor slab, whereby floor heating of an apartment house can be realized. Further, surface hardness and smoothness of the floor material can be enhanced, and dimensional stability with respect to temperature and humidity can be improved.

Thereby surface altitude is high, a smooth surface can be obtained, caster resistance, crack resistance or the like is improved, and size stability for temperature and relative humidity is also improved by the existence of the cellulosive of the diameter of 0.1 mm or more.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof floor material which not only exhibits soundproof performance but also improves feeling of walking, and can alleviate dents due to loads, by laminating a surface decorated material on a surface of a basic material constituted of a fiberboard, via a plywood. SOLUTION: A soundproof floor material A is formed by laminating a surface decorated material 3 on a basic material 1 constituted of a fiberboard, via a plywood 2. The soundproof floor material A is laid by directly applying the same to a concrete floor slab 6. A number of cut grooves 8 are perforated in the rear surface of the plywood 2, which to decreases flexural rigidity of the plywood 2 and hence damping of vibrations, to thereby improve soundproof performance of the floor material. Thus if the fiberboard is used as the basic material, the degree of freedom with respect to basic material thickness, adjustment of specific gravity, and surface processing is obtained, and vibration- proofing effect due to decrease in spring constant per unit area and vibration control effect by virtue of a fiber material can easily be obtained over the entire basic material. As a result, the soundproof performance is improved, and feeling of walking, and dent-resistance against loads are enhanced.
