    • PURPOSE: To catch submicron particles from a lot of smoke, by forming plural smoke collecting cylinders having a specified structure to one body of block, and fitting plural pieces of its block so that its outflow path coincides with an outflow port of a fitting plate in a smoke collecting device.
      CONSTITUTION: Smoke flowing in the direction as indicated with an arrow in a smoke collecting device 9 flows into a smoke collecting cylinder 2 having a small diameter from an inflow path 8 of each block 1, executes a turning movement in the cylinder 2, and its dust is dropped down to a dust chamber 7 from a slit 6. Subsequently, it is reversed by a disk 5 and is discharged to the outside of the device 9 through an outflow path 4 and an outflow port 11 of a fitting plate 10. As for this device 9, the block 1 formed as one body by plural smoke collecting cylinders 2 is fitted so as to coincide with the outflow path 11 of one or plural fitting plates 10 provided in the device 9, therefore, even in case of a lot smoke collecting cylinders 2, a large installation area is not required. Accordingly, a lot of smoke can be processed.

In addition, a steam turbine 19 connected to the second generator 20 is communicated to a condenser 18, one end part of a water pipe 9 of the burner 4 is communicated to the turbine 19, and the other end is communicated to the condenser 18. Further, a gas cleaner 22 is communicated to a coal gasifier 21 provided with a connecting pipe for feeding solid discharged matter to the burner 4 through a valve 47, and is communicated to the combustor 8 through a valve 23. In addition, a storing tank 26 is communicated to a gas-processing device 25 communicated with the gas cleaner 22 through a valve 24, and is communicated to the combustor 8 through a valve 28.

    • PURPOSE:To realize the captioned device, by performing combustion of coal under supply of compressed air in the first stage cylindrical unit, guiding this combustion gas into the second stage cyclonic cylindrical unit, removing ash from the gas and then introducing the gas to a gas turbine, boiler, etc. CONSTITUTION:A combustor 6, comprising the first cylinder unit 3, further provided with a coal combustion device, and the second cylinder unit 5 of cyclonic constitution, is equipped, and compressed air is fed into the first cylinder unit 3 by a compressor 9 to perform combustion of coal, then its combustion gas is fed to the second cylinder unit 5, here combustion is further performed, simultaneously ash is separated and removed. Then the combustion gas is fed to a turbine 8 through a dust remover 10 and scattered element remover 27 here to perform work and operate the first generator 7. The combustion gas, passing through the turbine 8, is fed to a boiler 13, and steam generated here drives a turbine 12 to operate the second generator 11. The combustion gas, passing through the boiler 13, is thereafter discharged from a chimney 30 to the atmosphere.
