摘要： The disclosure relates to a method and system for detecting an event on a sports track. By applying one or more track segments across the width of the sports track and detecting passage of participants for the track segments, a comparison can be made between detected passage results and known passage results that may e.g. be available from a storage internal or external to the system. A deviation between the detection results and the known results that exceeds a particular deviation margin may be used as an immediate sign of an irregularity occurring during the sports event. The irregularity may e.g. relate to malfunctioning of one or more components of the time monitoring system or to deviating behavior by a participant to the sports event.

The at least one contact extends from the sealed area to a part of the substrate not sealed by the encapsulation layer system. The contact includes a shunt, which is an interruption bridged by an electrically conductive bridge. The first inorganic layer of the encapsulation system is applied so that it is in direct physical contact with the electrically conductive bridge. The bridge has a structure and shape which can be sealingly covered by the encapsulation layer system and is made from a material through which no moisture and/or oxygen can penetrate.

The communication is carried out according to a time slot schedule comprising M time slot assemblies, each time slot assembly comprising at least one time slot for the base station to transmit, preferably by broadcast, data on a different channel of the M channels, and R time slots, R being an integer equal to or greater than 1, for one or more of the plurality of nodes to transmit data to the base station. The methods described herein enable a point-to-multipoint wireless communication system in an ISM frequency band that can provide a reliable RF data link even in an area that already comprises one or more WLAN networks that operate in the same ISM frequency band.

摘要： The present invention relates to an autostereoscopic display device, comprising an imaging layer (9) and a lens layer (10). The lens layer (10) serves to project different content from the imaging layer (9) to the left and right eyes, respectively, of a user. The lens layer (10) comprises lens cells (12), enclosing two fluids (13, 14) with different refractive indices. The shape of the interface between the fluids may be changed using electrowetting, by means of two individually controllable electrodes (21, 22) at the sides of each lens cell (12). The display device further comprises a user head tracking device and means for controlling the lens cell electrodes depending on a detected user head position. This allows the display device to display a correct 3D-image, even if the user moves his head.

摘要： The display device of the invention comprises a flexible display element that can be extended in rollable fashion between a first position and a second position. In the first position the element is present in a housing and in the second position it is at least partially visible. The display element is supported in its second position by foldable arms. According to the invention a foldable arm comprises means which facilitate the extension of the display from the first to the second position and from the second position to a further position. These means also counteract any tendency of the display to return by itself from the second or any further position to the first position.
