摘要： In a router having a routing section for performing routing on the basis of a routing table and an ARP (address resolution protocol) table to transmit a received packet to a destination, and adapted to connect a plurality of local area networks (LANs), to realize high-speed routing, the IP addresses and MAC addresses of the terminal apparatuses in the LANs directly connected to the router are stored in a memory table in correspondence with the interfaces information to which the LANs are connected, together with the IP addresses of the terminal apparatuses in a LAN connected to the router through another router, the MAC address of another router, and the interfaces information to which another router is connected, which are stored in correspondence with each other. When a packet determination section determines that a received packet satisfies predetermined conditions, and a registration determination section determines that destination IP address of the packet is registered in the memory table, a second routing section specially designed for packets satisfying the predetermined conditions reads out information corresponding to the IP address from the memory table, updates the MAC address of the received packet with the information, and outputs the packet.

摘要： An electrode device for heating a tumor in an endotract organ by high frequency convergent electric current has a container of a flexible polymeric material provided with thick side wall, a thick bottom wall connected to one end of the side wall and an opening defined by the other end of the side wall. The device further has a deformable electrode member disposed near an inner surface of the thick bottom wall, and a flexible polymeric film fluid-tightly attached to the other end of the thick side wall. A mesh-like member of a flexible polymeric material is disposed between the electrode member and the flexible polymeric film, and has a plurality of first passages leading to a top surface thereof and a bottom surface thereof, and a plurality of second passages each communicating the first passages with each other.

摘要： The disclosed invention relates to a cell unit for use in observing an electophoresis which utilizes a measurement cell which accommodates a liquid specimen. A pair of conduit elements are used to introduce and discharge the liquid specimen into and from the measurement cell with one of the conduit elements having a flexible tube portion. Also included is a pair of valves for closing a pair of conduit elements with at least one of the valves being utilized as a pinch valve to pinch the flexible tube. A pair of housing elements accommodate a pair of electrodes with the electrodes producing an electric potential gradient in the specimen. Lastly, a pair of diaphragm elements are each disposed between the measurement cell and one of the pair of housing elements in order to separate a space in the measurement cell from the space in the associated housing element. One of the pair of diaphragm elements is disposed in order to absorb a fluctuation of pressure in the liquid in a particular space defined by the pair of diaphragm elements and the valves in order to securely and easily seal the liquid specimen within the space defined by the pair of diaphragm elements and the valves. The device is also used to minimize the flow of liquid specimen within the measurement cell after sealing.

摘要： A shrinkable polyamide film useful for wrapping hams, sausages, etc. The shrinkable film has a hydrothermal shrinking ratio of at least 30% in both MD and TD and a hydrothermal shrinkage stress of from 300 to 700 g/mm.sup.2. The film is produced by a process which comprises biaxially stretching a substantially amorphous film composed of a copolymer of 6,6-nylon/6-nylon in a weight ratio of from 5/95 to 25/75 at a temperature of not higher than 120.degree. C. and at a stretching ratio of at least 2.5 times in both MD and TD, and subjecting the stretched film to stress relaxation at a temperature of from the stretching temperature to 170.degree. C., followed by winding it up. Further, a shrinkable film having an oxygen gas permeability of not more than 20 cc/m.sup.2 .multidot.24 hrs. atm. as well as the above properties may be obtained by coating a polyvinylidene chloride resin prior to the stretching so that its solid content after the stretching becomes to be at least 0.5 g/m.sup.2.
