    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding test device and a sliding test method capable of carrying out efficiently a sliding test. The connecting rod 17 is tilted along an axis of a shaft 2 by the inclination regulating screw 141 to reduce a difference between the temperatures of the both end parts of the slide bearing 3 measured by the thermocouples 118A, 118C, and the one-sided bearing is thereby eliminated in the slide bearing 3, without taking out the slide bearing 3.
