    • PURPOSE:To connect exremely easily two fittings to each other without using any tools by providing oblong like bolt inserting holes in the fittings while making the axial length of a connecting bolt about two times the thickness of the fittings and forming a rotation blocking part of a square or the like on the proximal part and a locking part on the tip of the connecting bolt. CONSTITUTION:A connecting bolt 13 is inserted into bolt inserting hole 17 in one buckling preventing fitting 11. After a locking part 18 formed on the tip of the bolt 13 is rotated to be orthogonal to the bolt inserting hole 17, a rotation blocking part 133 is fitted in the inserting hole 17. Next, the other buckling preventing fitting 11 is overlaid on one buckling preventing fitting 11 orthogonally thereto. After the locking part 18 of the connecting bolt 13 is fitted in the bolt inserting hole 17, the buckling preventing fitting 11 is rotated to be located parallel to one buckling preventing fitting 11. Thus, the two buckling preventing fittings 11 superimposed on each other are sandwiched by a head 132 and the locking part 18 of the connecting bolt 13 to be held under the connected condition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track out-of-gauge paving structure reducing an effect on a track out-of-gauge paving member even when an impact force is worked to a boundary section with an asphalt paved road by the travelling of an automobile or the like and a method for paving a track out-of-gauge.
      SOLUTION: The track out-of-gauge paving structure has the track out-of-gauge paving member 11A or the like installed outside a rail, a reinforced-concrete beam member 12A or the like extended in the longitudinal direction of the rail and mounted on a roadbed in the lower section of an asphalt layer and opening-adjusting member hangers 14, which are fitted to the upper section of the reinforced-concrete beam member 12A or the like and in which shelf board sections 14c projected towards the rail are secured at every sleeper central-place C1 or the like at corner sections where bottom board sections 14a and upright-wall board sections 14b are mated. The track out-of-gauge paving structure further has opening adjusting members 13 filling adjusting openings among the the external end face 11a of the track out-of-gauge paving member 11A or the like and the opening-adjusting member hangers 14 and being supported from lower sections by the shelf board sections 14c and filling the adjusting openings.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fall of the wheel of a bicycle in a gap by a method wherein a zigzagging auxiliary device of a belt-like elastic material fitted in the upper surface of a protection material of an elastic material is embedded in a gap between the main rail of a railroad crossing and a guard rail. SOLUTION: A fit-in groove 9 having an opening part narrower than a groove width is formed of an elastic material along the longitudinal direction of an upper surface to form a protection material 6. Further, a protection material auxiliary device 7 having a fit-in piece 10 for pull-out prevention formed approximately the same sectional shape as that of a fitting-in groove 9 of a protection material 6 and provided at two ends with engaging stepped parts 11 are a fit-in piece 10 for pull-out prevention are formed on the under surface of an auxiliary device body 8 formed of a belt-like elastic material and narrower than a gap 5 between a main rail 1 and a guard rail 2 of a railroad crossing part and formed in a zigzagging state. The protection material auxiliary device 7 completely fills the gap without disturbing the passage of a train and prevents a fall of the wheel of a bicycle and a wheelchair.
