摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration in the quality of main information when information is multiplexed without being perceived by a human by changing volume balance among channels, multiplexing sub-information to main information, also, reading the volume balance among the channels and extracting the sub-information from an information multiplexed sound. SOLUTION: An information multiplexer 100 changes the ratio of the sound pressure of the main information of one channel among plural channels to the sound pressure of the main information of the other channels in accordance with an information embedded parameter including sub-information. An information extracting device 200 inputting an information multiplexed sound obtained by this, inputs an original sound being main information and an extracted parameter and extracts the sub-information. This extraction is performed in accordance with the ratio of the sound pressure of the main information of one channel among plural channels to the sound pressure of the other channels. Thus, synchronization is easily taken even if partially cutting off, compression/ expansion in a time base direction etc., are carried out in time series data such as a digital sound.

SOLUTION: A source image (main information) 2 of the digital dynamic image is inputted together with an information embedding parameter 3 composed of the initial value of a random number, frequency component change width and information (subordinate information) to be multiplexed. An image-decomposing processing part 5 decomposes the inputted source image 2 into block images in accordance with a predetermined decomposing method and successively sends them to an information multiplexing processing part 6. The information multiplexing processing part 6 performs information multiplexing to the component of a comparatively low-frequency area, while using frequency conversion and performing frequency conversion in a block size large than a block size to be used for information compression. An image- reconstituting processing part 7 reconstitutes the information multiplexed image blocks and outputs an information multiplexed image 4.

The editer enters the received key to the ciphering decoding device and enters the ciphered image information thereto, an analog image decoded by the image key is displayed on a display device. Furthermore, when moving information of the picture elements is given to an edit device, ciphered digital information is obtained via the ciphering decoding device and registered as image information and moving processing is conducted. Moreover, the changes in the picture elements are conducted by the edit device converting the input information into the ciphered digital information via the ciphering decoding device and replacing and registering the information with the ciphered information of the corresponding picture element of the ciphered image information.

Respective arithmetic code output are multiplexed in a transmission multiplexer 7 and transmitted to the other equipment through a transmission line 8. A signal received by a transmission separator 9 is separated into the respective arithmetic encoding output and decoded by a corresponding arithmetic encoder 10. Then, it is inverse-conversion-processed 12 and outputted from a video output terminal 14.
